This wonderful, one of a kind gemstone necklace features a RARE 23 carat / 32mm green Rutilated Quartz briolette accompanied by a 10 carat cluster of shaded Sapphire teardrops.   The total gemstone drop hangs approximately  1 1/2" from the 18" sterling silver chain.  The necklace is finished with tiny silver Sapphire rondels, an oval lobster clasp and 2" extender chain.
