One of a Kind Platinum Cultured Pearl & Blue Topaz Necklace

This luscious, one of a kind, gemstone necklace features a 16mm natural, platinum Cultured Pearl topped with a cascading cluster of 5mm faceted blue Topaz.  The total gemstone drop dangles approximately 1 1/4" from the 18" sterling silver chain.  The necklace is finished with an 11mm oval lobster clasp and 2" extender chain.
