Reach into the bowl. Move your fingers through the stones. Notice their sound and weight. Choose one without overthinking it.  Then look.  Follow a line. Discover a pattern. Turn the stone over. Let it have your complete attention for a little while.  If you're carrying a worry or thought you're ready to put down, allow the stone to symbolically hold it for you. When you're finished, return it to the Selenite bowl to rest and energetically clear until you reach for it again.
